In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. How long does it take for an order to be processed?

Orders are processed within 48 to 72 hours of being placed. Please note that orders placed on a weekend or holiday may take up to 72 or more to process.

Where are my products coming from?

Orders are shipped out of Orlando, FL USA.

Does The Look Shop do returns?

At this time we are unable to accept returns and process refunds. We are unable to reuse or resell products that have been returned. We are working on being able to change this policy in the future. Check back for updates.

What if my order is incorrect?

This is the only exception to the no returns/no refunds. If we made a mistake in shipping you the incorrect product, we will accept a return. Please use the Contact Form/Button to contact us immediately before sending back your package/product. Please reference your order number. We will provide you with instructions to accommodate the return/exchange.
